Role Overview

As businesses accelerate their digital transformation, Dr Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a Technical Lead or Architect with 6-12 years of experience in application development and expertise in AI/ML technologies. This role is crucial in shaping scalable AI-driven applications that deliver business value across various functions. You will lead the design and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Architect AI-Driven Digital Applications: Design and implement scalable applications utilizing AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and GenAI, ensuring robust architecture and integration with existing systems.
• Cloud Infrastructure Engineering: Architect end-to-end infrastructure for AI model deployment on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), focusing on performance optimization and cost-effectiveness.
• Innovation and Reusability: Drive the development of reusable components and APIs that accelerate the delivery of AI applications, fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce standards for model fairness, compliance (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA), and risk management, ensuring responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge Transfer and Training: Lead workshops and training sessions to uplift team capabilities in AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and GenAI applications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and successful implementation of AI solutions.

• Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6-12 years of experience in application development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM applications, including RAG and autonomous agents.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI systems in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CDK), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and their implications for AI systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate collaboration across teams.
