Role & responsibilities

*Purpose/Objective

The Lead Pranaam (Sales) role is pivotal in driving the premium passenger experience services at Adani Airports, Delhi. This position focuses on expanding B2B sales, forging corporate tie-ups, and ensuring seamless operational management of Pranaam services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote Pranaam services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for Pranaam services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pranaam services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the Delhi market.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address operational challenges.
• Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with service standards.
• Coordinate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Pranaam services within the broader airport ecosystem.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Contribute to the development of innovative service packages that align with Adani Airports' commitment to global standards and passenger-centric solutions.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability practices in service operations, reflecting Adani Airports' emphasis on eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management

Experience :

810 years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality

Skills :

CRM tools, negotiation, presentation, strategic planning
