Role: SAP S/4HANA Logistics Data Migration Analyst

Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage data migration activities with proper documentation and solution design in Logistics domains.
  • Support process definitions and solution design for Master Data in Logistics.
  • Collaborate with E2E Process Teams to ensure Master Data elements in SAP S/4HANA are fit-for-purpose.

  • Execute migration activities:

  • Collect business requirements for data migration.

  • Support and guide data cleansing activities.
  • Define field and value mapping rules.
  • Prepare migration programs.
  • Perform testing & validation of migrated data.
  • Support site preparation & orchestration during rollouts.
  • Advise on data migration decisions.

Reporting to: MDM Global Process Owner Team Lead

Job Description Summary

  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Key Functional Areas: SAP S/4 Logistics modules (MM, SD, PM, PP, QM, WM – pharma preferred).
  • Implementation Exposure: Proven track record in S/4HANA greenfield projects & business process reengineering.
  • SAP Data Migration: 3+ full-cycle global SAP implementations with strong data migration experience.

  • Expertise:

  • Master & transactional data migration.

  • Cross-functional integration knowledge.
  • MDM Hub (e.g., MDG, Informatica MDM – optional).
  • Advanced Excel & Word.
