Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – Java Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Consultant (Java Full Stack Developer) with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AWS, and Python.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of development tasks – from understanding requirements to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and supporting frameworks.
• Own end-to-end tasks – requirement understanding, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work with databases (Postgres) to design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate services with RabbitMQ and ElasticSearch for reliable messaging and search capabilities.
• Leverage AWS services for scalable, cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Follow best practices in coding, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Document and share knowledge to enable smoother team onboarding and support.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, and AWS
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or data-related tasks.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
