Department Details Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Functional Leadership
• Define and execute the global supply planning vision aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Oversee Supply Network Planning (SNP) to ensure optimal allocation of supply across
global markets and manufacturing nodes, balancing service, cost, and inventory.
• Lead Master Production Scheduling (MPS) at site level, ensuring alignment with
global demand, capacity utilization, and production efficiency.
Transformation & Digital Enablement
• Champion adoption of advanced digital tools to improve forecasting, scenario planning,
and responsiveness.
• Standardize planning processes across regions and product portfolios.
• Embed predictive analytics, automation, and AI into planning workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Quality, Procurement, External Manufacturing and
Finance to ensure end-to-end alignment from demand forecast through market delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on supply risk, scenario trade-offs,
and value-chain decisions.
Talent Development & Team Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing global team across SNP, MPS, and CoE functions.
• Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a role model in leadership behaviors, decision-making, and cross-cultural
collaboration.
