Role & responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Muthoot Finance)-(off role)

This role focuses on high-volume (bulk) hiring for Mortgage Loan Sales Field Officers across Pan India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, specifically managing and executing large-scale walk-in drives (mega-drives). Key tasks include specialized sourcing in the BFSI sales sector, thorough reference checks, and acting as the central logistics coordinator and strategy advisor to senior sales leadership.

Critical Tasks:

  • Leading mega-drives/walk-ins (logistics and execution).
  • Sourcing candidates with BFSI/Mortgage Sales experience.
  • Performing meticulous employee reference checks.
  • Reporting to and advising Senior Sales Stakeholders.
  • Target Hiring: Bulk hiring of Mortgage Loan Sales Field Officers.
  • Focus: Pan India recruitment drive coordination and execution.

Preferred candidate profile :

BMS or MMS in Human Resource (Male Candidates will be preferred)

Experience for 1 year recruitment for bulk hiring
