Job Title: SAP ISU Consultants

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 6+ Years

Employment Type: Permanent

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize SAP ISU Billing, FICA, and Device Management solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and define standard vs. custom development needs.
  • Configure and support Billing/Invoicing processes, including Net Metering and Budget Billing scenarios.
  • Handle FICA configurations including payments, dunning, clearing, and refunds.
  • Manage device lifecycle (procurement deployment monitoring retirement).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, exits, and event-based developments.
  • Conduct business requirement sessions, create functional specs, and perform UATs.
  • Track, monitor, and resolve project issues, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, business users, and project managers.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing, FICA, and Device Management

In-depth understanding of Net Metering and Budget Billing

Proficiency in FICA configuration (Payments, Dunning, Refunds, Clearing)

Knowledge of integration points between Billing, FICA, and Device Management

Experience in ISU implementation, customization, and support projects

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
