Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data integration workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights by ensuring high data quality and availability across systems. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to support reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ETL processes using [e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, AWS Glue, etc.].
  • Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.
  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data architects and engineers to build robust data models and data pipelines.
  • Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot any issues or failures.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems.
  • Maintain proper documentation of ETL processes and data flows.
  • Implement data governance and security best practices.
  • Participate in data migration and modernization projects (e.g., on-premise to cloud).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of modern data tools and platforms (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow, Kafka, Fivetran).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
