Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, drafting plans, and coordinating with project managers. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and presenting design proposals, working with software development teams for project integration, and ensuring that designs comply with building codes and regulations. The Junior Architect will collaborate closely with senior architects and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Experience in Software Development and Integration is beneficial
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
