About The Role
Play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for next-generation cybersecurity solutions. You'll work side-by-side with product management, engineering, and security experts to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences that strengthen security without adding friction. In this role, you'll drive user-centered decision-making and ensure our products are both functional and delightful to use. You'll balance the rigor of security with the clarity and simplicity users expect, leading design from research to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX strategy and design vision for our cybersecurity products, ensuring consistency and usability across all interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to ground design decisions in data and insight.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with both business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, human-centered experiences.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices across the organization.
• Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure scalable, cohesive design.
• Mentor and guide UX designers, fostering a culture of craft, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices in UX/UI and cybersecurity.

What You'll Work With

• Design Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• AI & Creative Tools: ChatGPT, Figma Make, and other AI-powered ideation and prototyping tools for concept development and image generation

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of UX design experience, including complex product environments
• Expert in Figma and prototyping tools, with deep design system experience
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines
• Experience in or exposure to cybersecurity products is a strong plus
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance research, design, and ideation workflows
• Excellent communication skills for influencing decisions and aligning teams
