Job Title: Python Developer

Job Level: Individual Contributor

Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-based applications using Python and Django.
  • Integrate AI/ML models into software products to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems by fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and adding new features.
  • Conduct testing, code reviews, and ensure quality standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide support to end users.
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies to keep solutions innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in Python development (Django/Flask), with exposure to AI-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, database integration, and scalable architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
