  • Designing, coding, and debugging Java applications with a strong emphasis on AWS services.
  • Collaborating with the development team to build and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
  • Implementing and maintaining application security measures and data protection strategies.
  • Participating in code and design reviews to ensure high-quality software development.
  • Integrating Java applications with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application issues.
  • Developing and maintaining SQL databases and queries.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for applications and systems.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
  • Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in Java and AWS development.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer with a focus on AWS cloud services.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
