Database Consultant – Automation

Required Skills:


• Proven experience migrating Oracle and SQL Server databases to AWS, Azure, and GCP (IaaS/PaaS).


• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation.


• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation.


• Solid understanding of database security, backup/recovery, high availability, and performance tuning in cloud environments.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work in cross-functional global teams.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.

Preferred:


• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or Oracle/SQL Server certifications.

• Experience in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).


• Exposure to Kubernetes and containerized database solutions.
