Outlet Manager

Basic Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail/hospitality/food service outlets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and operational controls
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and retail operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead staff training, supervision, and motivation
• Customer service focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Supervise daily staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Plan and achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Handle customer complaints/resolutions efficiently
• Maintain operational budgets and implement cost control measures
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and local outreach
• Track financials and provide regular reports to senior management
• Foster a positive work environment and lead by example
