Role & responsibilities "

  • Market Visits & Sales Development: Visit electrical shops, explain products, onboard new distributors, generate orders, oversee supply management, assist in secondary sales.
  • Customer Engagement & Technical Support: Solve technical issues, educate customers on LED technology, maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Sales Growth & Area Development: Expand market presence, ensure stock availability at dealer points, monitor competitor activities.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Submit daily reports, maintain systematic monthly records, achieve sales targets.
  • Travel Requirement: 1518 days per month within assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in sales & marketing of LED lighting or electrical products
  • Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions and their applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
  • Willingness to travel extensively
