Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable IT Faculty member to teach courses in both software and hardware domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, teaching experience, and the ability to inspire and mentor students. This role involves developing curriculum, delivering engaging lectures, and providing hands-on training that prepares students for real-world IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach courses in software (programming, databases, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.) and hardware (computer architecture, microprocessors, networking devices, system assembly, troubleshooting, etc.).
  • Design and deliver lesson plans, practical labs, and assessments that align with academic standards.
  • Guide students.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and teaching methodologies.
  • Mentor and support students in academic and career development.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
  • Participate in departmental activities, workshops, and faculty development programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality education standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge in at least two or more areas, such as:
  • Software: Programming (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.), Web Technologies, Databases, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity.
  • Hardware: Computer Organization, Networking Devices, IoT, Embedded Systems, PC/Laptop Assembly & Troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Work Environment

  • Full-time faculty position (depending on institution's requirements).
  • On-campus / Hybrid teaching modes.
