Job Description

Boost Electronics is seeking an Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations and support finance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and be comfortable handling routine accounting, payment processes, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Record daily accounting entries in Tally

* Handle customer invoicing and ensure timely billing

* Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules

* Manage employee salary payouts and petty cash

* Maintain records for purchase, sales, receipts, and payments

* Manage documentation for import and export-related payments

* Prepare and reconcile bank statements

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and customers for billing or payment queries

* Maintain accuracy in financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

Skills Required

* Strong expertise in Tally

* Good understanding of invoicing, vendor payments and salary processing

* Basic understanding of import-export payment procedures

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel
