Legal Associate

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cuttack for an Associate (3) at Lawyers Chamber. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

They will also maintain courteous communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases, and follow ethical standards of the legal profession.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from an accredited institution


• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or corporate law preferred


• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills


• Demonstrated knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw


• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to client service


• Membership in a Bar Council and eligibility to practice law in India
