Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Application Architect to join our dynamic team. Alongwith our Sales Team, you will engage in pre-sales discussions with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and provide them with technology related solutions. You will also answer their technology / API related queries, handle API demonstrations and suggest best practices wherever applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with prospective / existing customers to understand their requirements and provide them with technological solutions which will meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assist in API integration projects, ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Gather client feedback and use it to drive improvements in API services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (must), Hindi (preferred).
  • Reasonable programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.
  • Sound understanding of various API technologies like RESTful, WebSockets, DotNet (must) as well as COM, FIX (not mandatory but nice to know).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with API management tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with technical architecture and design principles.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
