Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Interaction

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
• Present menus, explain specials, and assist guests with food & beverage choices.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely service of food, cocktails, and beverages.
• Check on guests during service and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest queries or minor complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Service & Operations

• Set up tables, dining areas, and bar service sections as per standards.
• Serve food, beverages, and cocktails following standard service procedures.
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Upsell signature dishes, cocktails, and add-ons to increase guest spend.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and pricing.
• Be familiar with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar etiquette.
• Stay updated on daily specials, promotions, and events.

Grooming, Hygiene & Safety

• Follow grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to restobar safety guidelines and handling procedures for glassware and hot dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹13,000.00 per month
