Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers at the billing counter and ensure a pleasant checkout experience.
  • Generate accurate bills using billing software.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other forms of payments securely.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per store policies.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies politely.
  • Ensure the billing area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for price or product information.
  • Follow all company procedures and policies regarding cash handling and security.
  • Report any operational issues or customer complaints to the HOD.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor's degree in commerce preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
  • Prior experience in billing, cashiering, or retail sales is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling transactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
