Annalect India is seeking a BPM Analyst with strong domain knowledge to support the AR and Billing functions under Finance Operations. This might be a great fit for you if you would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: Strong in Accounts Receivable (Billing).
  • Add-on Skills: Accounts Payable.
  • Must-have: Hands-on reconciliations (please check what kind of reconciliations in detail during screening).
  • Additional Exposure: Contract management.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills required.
  • Qualification: Only Finance/Commerce backgrounds (B.Com, MBA Finance). No B.Tech candidates.
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 30 days.

Work Setup:

  • Shift: Complete night shift.
  • Allowance: 6,000 night shift allowance.
  • Transport: Both-way cab facility.
  • Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH).

  • Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Global Finance Teams and will have responsibilities with respect to Order to Cash Operations.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP
  • Flexibility to take up new assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
  • Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
