Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our people strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on operational experience, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the company's growth and innovation.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates.

Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization.

Develop strategies for talent retention, succession planning, and career development.

Employee Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor for employees, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.

Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management processes to drive individual and team success.

Provide guidance on goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement effective learning programs.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

HR Operations:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including complete payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:

Lead efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an HR leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on and action-oriented approach.

Good Exposure on HRMS and ATS
