𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead specializing in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead a team of Salesforce developers and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. The role involves strong technical expertise, team leadership, and client interaction to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical consultants.

2. Architect and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

3. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

4. Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.

5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

6. Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

7. Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, especially in Financial Services Cloud.

8. Bridge communication between technical and business teams for smooth project execution.

9. Represent the technical team in client meetings, workshops, and solution reviews.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

1. Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

2. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security frameworks.

3. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce APIs.

4. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

5. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

1. Salesforce certifications (especially in Financial Services Cloud).

2. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

3. Knowledge of third-party integrations and middleware tools.

4. Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and deployment automation tools.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. 7–10 years of Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.

3. Proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.
