Qualification/ Experience

· B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech (Regular)

· Years  

Essential Technical

· Cobol-Good experience.

· JCL- Good experience.

· File Handling (VSAM-All type) and Flat Files. - Good experience.

· DB2- Basic Knowledge.

· Excellent Programming Logic.

Good to have

· Easytrieve - Basic knowledge. Candidate will need to learn within first 1 month of joining.

· IMS Database - Basic Knowledge. Candidate will need to learn within first 3 months of joining.

· Excellent Development Experience

· Quick Issue Identification/Resolution

· Excellent customer service skills

· Understands external and internal customer expectations

· Proficient in English, good oral and written communication skills

· Ability to think logically/analytically, understand business need.

· Adaptability, portray a positive attitude, Flexible, Multitask orientated.

· Accept guidance, listen well and utilize information.

· Understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile.

· Should have some knowledge / experience of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

· May need to work in odd hours or weekends occasionally eg. early / late, weekends etc.
