Job Description:

Hiring for Quality Executive/Officer

Designation: Quality Executive/Officer

Qualification: B. Pharmacy

Experience: Minimum 3 Years 

Salary:- up to 4LPA.

Candidate should have experience in Process Validation

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for Batch file preparation & review of batch manufacturing record.
  • Trend analysis.
  • Responsible for change control filing of all revised documents.
  • Line clearance.
  • Issuance of all documents.
  • Review all analysis reports and COA.
  • Responsible to check daily updating of all records in plant.
  • Review and approve/reject any document that gives work instructions and set requirements
  • such as procedures, protocols, test methods, and specifications.
  • Prepared documents for No. of Deviation in process, No. of Product Recall, No. of rejected
  • material and products.
  • To carry out process validation, cleaning validation and water validation.
  • Review of Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Packaging Record (BPR).
  • Knowledge of BFS Technology, CIP and SIP in Manufacturing tank and Filling Machine.
  • Dispensing of Raw material and Packing Material.
  • Continuous monitoring of Visual Inspection, labelling and packing of Ampoules/Vials.
  • Experience in BMR issue and maintain format of Temp and Humidity.
