Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools

Work Environment

  • Typically reports to HR Manager or Director
  • Works closely with department heads and employees
  • May handle confidential and sensitive information
