Job Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers to start their careers in the food industry and grow with our team
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
- Prepare high-quality food while following hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and rating targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Shift Manager or Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass/diploma or equivalent.
