Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to manage field sales, develop dealer and contractor networks, and achieve sales targets across Jaipur and nearby areas. The role requires independent handling of clients, regular market visits, and strong follow-ups to close orders and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage field sales operations in assigned territories
  • Visit and develop relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, builders, and architects
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Handle negotiations, order finalization, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding recovery
  • Monitor competitor activities and local market trends
  • Coordinate with store, dispatch, and accounts teams
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain daily visit and sales reports (mobile/Excel-based)

Eligibility & Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in field sales (building materials industry preferred)
  • Strong market knowledge of Jaipur and nearby regions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and close deals
  • Two-wheeler mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or mobile reporting tools preferred

  • Pipes & fittings (CPVC / UPVC / SWR)
  • Tiles, adhesives, or allied construction materials
