Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, experiment, tune, and validate AI/ML models.
  • Manage infrastructure and ensure smooth deployment of models into production.
  • Document processes, designs, and ensure error-free, timely completion of modules.
  • Complete assigned story points and maintain robustness of developed modules.
  • Address critical bugs, optimize models, and improve performance.
  • Apply ML techniques to supervised/unsupervised problems including NLP and computer vision.
  • Build deep learning models for text, image, and video analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end AI solutions.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
  • Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, text/image/video generation)
  • Experience with FastAPI and Flask for building microservices

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of NLP techniques (transformers, embeddings, sentiment analysis)
  • Experience in Computer Vision (image/video processing models)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Education: BE/BTech in IT or Computer Science from a recognized university.
