Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Counsel located in Gurugram. The Litigation Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients, judges, and other legal professionals. The role also involves strategizing case plans and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and handling Legal Issues
- Ability to provide Legal Advice and represent clients in Courts
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Ability to conduct thorough Legal Research
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master's degree (LLM) or relevant certification is a plus
