The Field Recruiter will primarily work in the field, identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the organization's needs. Responsibilities

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.

· Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.

· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

· Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.

· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.

· Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
