Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an IT Manager. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations of the company, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, managing IT staff, and implementing new software and technologies. The IT Manager will also handle troubleshooting, network maintenance, and securing the company's data and IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of network management and data storage
  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure planning and software implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and manage IT staff effectively
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the home decor or related industry is a plus
