Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with expertise in mobile app development and a strong understanding of React, .Net, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have 6-9 years of experience, with a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best coding practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React, .Net, and QA processes into the development lifecycle.

  • Solve complex technical challenges and optimize app performance, security, and scalability.

  • Work in an agile, fast-paced remote environment, ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage repositories, and ensure smooth version control using Git.

  • Facilitate effective team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and project management.

Required Skills :

  • Expertise in Flutter and deep knowledge of mobile architecture.

  • Strong familiarity with React, .Net, and QA best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in a dynamic development environment.

  • Strong communication skills to work with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • 6-9 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter.

  • Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
