Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer specializing in SailPoint, located in Bengaluru. The IAM Engineer will design, develop, implement, and manage identity and access management systems and tools. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SailPoint solutions, managing user roles and access, monitoring and troubleshooting IAM issues, and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in IAM and SailPoint Identity IQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: Agile
  • Follow and participate in Agile methodologies and ceremonies with coordination of IAM Product Teams for overall IAM Backlog
  • In depth, SailPoint IIQ knowledge of 8.x developing SailPoint IIQ policies and rules Experience with Bean Shell, PowerShell, Java, XML, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM (8+ years preferred)
  • Access Certifications and User Lifecycle Management (LCM)
  • Support IAM Operations, Support and Integration with the following.
  • Exclusion Rule Loads
  • Tier 3 Support which may include but not limited to Incident management, troubleshooting, audit requests, logging, root cause analysis.
  • Assist with certification reports and enhancements to new and/or existing certification reports.
  • Modify existing certification email templates if needed.
  • Assist with certification and LCM fixes as needed.
  • Enterprise Application Management within the IAM Solution
  • Follow IAM Coding Standard Guidelines while optimizing existing code.
  • Provide Working Documents, Process Documents, and Proof of Concept Documents as needed.
  • Tier 3 Incident Management and request support
  • Defect management.
  • New Applications Onboarding
  • Onboard Enterprise applications to for user access provisioning and access certification via IAM solution and Rules of Engagement
  • Existing Applications
  • Understand the requirements of the modification that is requested by IAM and stakeholders.
  • Decommissioning Applications
  • Understand the requirements of the modification that is requested by IAM and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other application teams regarding dependencies with the IAM Solution (i.e., ticketing, change management)
  • Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review etc.
  • Configuring quick links and reports customization
  • SailPoint connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
  • Should have good understanding in concepts such as self-service, automated approval process, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties and recertification
  • Should have worked on both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters /interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.
