Job Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our Purchase team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products sourced from third-party manufacturers meet internal quality benchmarks as well as FSSAI regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have 14 years of relevant experience in QA, preferably in the food, supplement, or FMCG sector. Experience in the Nutraceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage.

•       Have direct experience working with third-party or contract manufacturers.


•       Are well-versed with FSSAI guidelines and documentation.


•       Understand QA protocols and can identify gaps in supplier processes.


•       Are process-oriented with an eye for long-term quality improvements.


•       Can coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and regulatory stakeholders.


•       Are proactive, organized, and can take ownership of quality-related responsibilities.


•      3rd Party / External Manufacturing Audit


•      CAPA and RCA implementation


•      Coordination with customer support team for RCA

You should not apply if you:


• Have never worked with or audited third-party manufacturers.


• Are unfamiliar with FSSAI standards and compliance requirements.


• Prefer a desk-only role and are unwilling to conduct field/vendor audits.


• Are not comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.

Skills Required:


• Knowledge of QA processes and documentation


• Understanding of FSSAI compliance and product labeling norms


• Vendor audit and process evaluation


• SOP creation and implementation


• Strong analytical, reporting, and follow-up skills


• Basic Excel proficiency for maintaining QA logs and reports

What will you do?


• Develop and enforce QA processes for products sourced from third-party vendors


• Ensure products comply with FSSAI guidelines and internal quality standards


• Conduct supplier audits and coordinate corrective/preventive actions


• Maintain QA-related documentation, batch-wise inspection reports, and FSSAI records


• Work closely with the Purchase team to align on product specifications and quality goals


• Serve as the point of contact for quality escalations and compliance checks


• Recommend and implement continuous improvement strategies across the sourcing process

Work Experience:

  • 14 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in Nutraceutical, FMCG, food supplements, nutraceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Experience with third-party manufacturing and FSSAI compliance is mandatory.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Location: Okhla, New Delhi
