Role Overview
We are seeking Unit Doctors (BHMS/MBBS/MD) with a strong interest in hair, skin & aesthetics to lead consultations, treatments, and patient care at our clinics. The role involves balancing medical expertise with patient counselling and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations & prescribe for new and follow-up patients.
- Counsel patients with confidence and motivate them for treatments.
- Perform/oversee hair & skin procedures with precision.
- Ensure patient retention, renewals, and satisfaction.
- Achieve clinic-level business targets (weekly/monthly).
- Maintain stock, inventory, and compliance reports.
- Train new staff and stay updated on latest treatments.
Candidate Profile
- BHMS/MBBS/MD (Dermatology/Homeopathy preferred).
- 1–5 years' experience in patient consultation & treatment.
- Strong communication & counselling skills.
- Interest in aesthetic and trichology procedures.
- Patient-first approach with crisis-handling ability.
