Sales Executive (Experienced) – K B S TRADERS, Tripunithura, Kochi

Company Overview:

K B S TRADERS is a leading wholesale and retail store in Tripunithura, Kochi, dealing in a wide range of dates, nuts, dry fruits, spices, seeds, millets, imported chocolates, drinks, organic products, and beautifully crafted gift hampers.

Role: Sales Executive (Wholesale & Retail)

Location: Tripunithura, Kochi

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in food, FMCG, or retail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell dates, nuts, dry fruits, spices, chocolates, and related store products to retail and wholesale customers

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

  • Meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets for both retail and wholesale channels

  • Handle in-store and telephonic inquiries, demonstrating excellent product knowledge

  • Execute promotions, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue

  • Maintain accurate sales records and report daily activity

  • Participate in store merchandising, display management, and stock checks

  • Support billing, packing, and store operations as needed

  • Proven experience in a sales executive or customer-facing sales role

  • Good communication and negotiation skills (Malayalam and basic English)

  • Energetic, target-driven, and a team player, adaptable to a dynamic retail environment

  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service
