Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Timekeeper, located in Rajasthan, India. The Timekeeper will handle tasks related to recording and managing employee attendance and work hours. They will also liaise with team members and relevant departments to ensure accurate payroll data. Maintaining accurate timekeeping records, addressing queries related to attendance, and assisting with time-related reports will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Timekeeping and maintaining accurate attendance records
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with timekeeping software
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred
