About the role:
Learning Consulting (LC) team works closely with our customers and enables them to find the best solution for their learning needs. This includes deeply partnering with various stakeholders and supporting their journey on the marketplace platform, throughout the lifecycle of learning and development, i.e. from Needs Identification (TNA/TNI), Solutioning, Finalization.
The team comprises category-specific LCs who specialize in one or more categories from below list:
- Domain Upskilling - IT or any Industry
- Functional upskilling
- New Hire Bootcamps
- Employee Engagement and Wellness
- Assessment
- Content Creation Service
- Content Subscription
- LXP
- Behavioral Upskilling - Executive Coaching | Leadership | HR/OD
- Consulting | D&I | Assessment Center and Development Center
The Key Deliverable of the LC team:
- Ensure all learning needs from a customer are successfully solutioned and booked.
- Collect feedback from the customer about OTs performance.
- Connect with different stakeholders at the customer end to grow
- OTs reach and hence increase the revenue from the account.
Responsibilities:
1. Consulting:
- Partnering deeply with the customer stakeholders
- Asking domain specific as well as standard questions to ensure right data capture.
- Helping customer identify the best solution for their need.
- Consulting skill & Ability to become trusted advisor.
- Basic Category knowledge
- Ability & Interest to learn new skills.
- Basic Understanding of L&D process and learning lifecycle
2. Solutioning:
- Work with Internal teams to get the best vendors onboarded.
- Collaborate with Vendor/Partners to scout for and curate best learning solution as per the customer need.
- Do data-driven price negotiation.
- Ability to work with different vendors (individuals and organizations)

3. Operational:
