The Opportunity :

Were looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who is on the fast track to becoming a Solution Architect.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building with the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, C#), designing on Azure, and leading teams to deliver AI-powered cloud solutions.

You'll work closely with our product and engineering heads, and lead the technical roadmap for high-impact client projects.

What Youll Do :

- Lead solution design, development, and deployment of modern cloud-native applications on Azure.

- Architect scalable services using .NET Core, C#, Azure Functions, Web APIs, and microservices.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clients to turn business needs into working solutions.

- Mentor a team of developers, perform code reviews, and drive best practices.

- Implement DevOps pipelines, monitoring, and security patterns.

- Participate in pre-sales discussions and help shape solution proposals and estimations.

What Were Looking For :

years of experience in Microsoft .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API.

- Proven hands-on experience with Azure PaaS (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, ADF, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, etc.

- Strong foundation in software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, serverless).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions preferred).

Bonus :

- Knowledge of AI/ML integration, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or exposure to Raaghu / / ASP.NET Zero platforms.

- Excellent communication, team leadership, and solutioning skills.

- Passion to grow into a full-fledged Solution Architect.
