Reporting To: Head – Civil Projects
Role Overview:
Responsible for managing end-to-end electrical and mechanical project execution within civil infrastructure and industrial construction projects. Ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Implement and monitor project management systems, schedules, and budgets. Establish master plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion and handover.
- Coordination: Liaise with architects, consultants (MEP/Liaison), and internal teams to synchronize MEP, utilities, and process installations.
- Tendering & Procurement: Float tenders, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and finalize contractor selection within approved budgets.
- Execution & Quality Control: Oversee installation, commissioning, snag closure, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead site managers and project teams; delegate effectively and drive accountability and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare progress and cost reports; identify risks and corrective actions; ensure transparent communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 18+ years in industrial or factory construction projects.
- Proven expertise in MEP, project execution, tendering, cost control, and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
