About the Role We are seeking a reliable and diligent Office Assistant to ensure our office premises remain clean, organized, and fully operational. This key support role involves handling essential housekeeping, pantry management, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Premises Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of office areas, including desks, common areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
  • Pantry Management: Manage and maintain the office pantry, including making and serving tea/coffee to staff and visitors, and managing stock of refreshments and supplies.
  • Support: Assist with basic administrative errands, handling mail/documents, photocopying, and preparing meeting spaces.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and pantry items.

Requirements

  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage cleaning equipment and adhere to hygiene standards.
  • Good communication and professional demeanor.
