Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 500+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients/customers.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure proper closing of calls as per the targets.
  • Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and energy throughout the calling hours.
  • Work closely with the sales/operations team to support business growth.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (or required languages).
  • Strong experience in telecalling (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling (500+ calls daily).
  • Good listening, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
