Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, trial balance, and other reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Support statutory audit and coordinate with auditors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and forecasts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/ Excel (as applicable).
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
