Responsibilities:

Operator for BI & Data-Applications:

  • 2nd level support for tickets, service requests, and incidents for internal BI and data management applications

  • Processing permission requests for Business Intelligence & Data Applications and support permission issues 

  • Timely and accurate deactivation of user accounts within BI applications.

  • Monitoring of daily ETL jobs and restarting jobs

  • Power BI / Fabric administration tasks

Power BI Developer

  • Designing, implementing and improvement of Power BI dashboards

  • Resolving & automate recurring service tasks for the platform Power BI / Fabric

  • Support of Power BI Self-Service user requests

Qualifications:

BE or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience.

Software: Power BI, DAX, T-SQL, Matrix
