  • Receive, check, and store raw materials (electrical panels parts, sheet metals, switchgears, wires, cables, busbars, etc.) as per purchase orders.
  • Issue materials to the production department against approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock in ERP/software/manual registers.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
  • Update stock ledgers and report discrepancies to management.
  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, Material Requisition, and other store-related documentation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, binning, and storage of materials.
  • Coordinate with accounts for bill passing and with purchase for order follow-ups.
  • Handle inward and outward material movement with transporters/vendors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material replacement in case of damage/shortage.
  • Assist in dispatch of finished electrical panels with proper packing and documentation.
  • Ensure safe handling of electrical and mechanical items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in the store area.

Job Type: Full-time
