Role & Responsibilities

  • Skilled in Design + Video Editing
  • Ability to build and lead a creative + marketing team
  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to grow Pixelonics (Indoor Mapping & GIS solutions + Digital Marketing services).
  • Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance-driven channels.
  • Oversee SEO strategy keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO, and tracking organic growth.
  • Manage social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with daily/weekly content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with design and video teams to deliver high-quality creatives, ads, landing pages, and marketing assets.
  • Build and manage dashboards for campaign performance, analytics reporting, ROI tracking, and lead funnel optimization.
  • Create and optimize email marketing workflows, automations, and newsletters for B2B clients.
  • Manage website content updates, SEO blog strategy, and landing page conversions for Pixelonics
  • Conduct competitor research, industry benchmarking, and propose new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools.
  • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, messaging, and communication across all platforms.
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an creative agency or tech/startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Campaign Optimization.
  • Proven experience managing internal teams and coordinating with designers, video editors, content writers, and developers.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Solid understanding of creative direction, brand building, and marketing communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with experience handling agency-style operations will be given strong preference.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing or SaaS marketing is an added advantage.
