Percept Live is seeking an experienced and creative consultant to head Marketing for Live Events and lead the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for our portfolio of live experiences. This individual will be responsible for driving brand visibility, ticket sales, sponsorship ROI, and community engagement for large-scale events, festivals, exhibitions, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Alliance

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for live events across digital, social, traditional media, PR, and partnerships.
  • Set clear KPIs for awareness, audience acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Strategize and approve key media partnerships and alliances to align with overall marketing goals.
  • Oversee negotiations or work closely with the team handling partnerships.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with major media partners.

Campaign Management

  • Lead end-to-end campaign development—from concept to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Design go-to-market (GTM) plans including timelines, budgets, messaging, and media strategy.
  • Oversee the production of campaign assets such as video, creative content, event promos, and print materials.
  • Developed campaign insights and post-evaluation reports for continuous improvement and stakeholder reporting.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive paid media strategies across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, etc.).
  • Optimize campaigns for ticket conversions, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Leverage data insights for A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.

Partnerships & PR

  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and cultural tastemakers.
  • Manage public relations, media coverage, and thought leadership for high-impact visibility.
  • Co-create marketing deliverables with event sponsors and brand partners.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team including content creators, media buyers, designers, and social media managers.
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors for creative, PR, and media buying.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report performance of all marketing initiatives,
  • Prepare post-event reports detailing ROI, audience growth, engagement, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns for large-scale events or festivals.
  • Strong understanding of media strategy, digital performance marketing, and brand building.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in entertainment, music festivals, sports events, or large-scale exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹40, ₹200,000.00 per month
