Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist for our on-site office in Thane. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, strategizing new initiatives, and preparing proposals for potential clients. You will collaborate with teams to tailor and deliver exceptional solutions aligned with client needs while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends, strategies, and growth opportunities
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and business development
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred
  • Previous experience or knowledge of digital marketing, particularly in social media strategies, is an advantage
